The King's Scout Brotherhood of Malaysia State of Selangor was established on 25th March 2018 at Kem Mutiara Semenyih Training Village and Eco Resort, Selangor. The idea of founding the organization was brought forward after a committee council meeting of the B-P Guild Port Klang. The committee meeting was held on 25th February 2018 at Kelab Pelaut Port Klang, Selangor and the idea was brought forward by Tuan Koo Hoong Kiong, representing The Scouts Association of Malaysia, State of Selangor as Assistant State Commissioner in B-P Guild & King's Scout. He encourage and call out in founding one organization representing all King's Scout in state of Selangor. 

Thus, one organizing committee consist of King's Scout in state of Selangor was made to find and recruit other members. Mr Abdul Rahim bin Abdul Hamid, Mr Sangarajan Raj and Mr Kum Eng Tiong were elected as member's of the organizing committee. The first Anual Grand Meeting of The King's Scout Brotherhood of Malaysia State of Selangor was held on 25th March 2018 at Kem Mutiara Semenyih Training Village and Eco Resort and was attend by the Selangor State of Commissioner, Tuan Haji Noor Hashim bin Ismail, PJK and  Assistant State Commissioner, Tuan Koo Hong Kiong. The meeting was also attend by Ms Hoh Chee Pooi, who was the Penaraf of the Penarafan Pengakap Raja year 2018 and Mr Johnson Wey, who was invited by Mr Kum Eng Tiong. During the meeting, the first committee council of the king's scout brotherhood of Malaysia state of Selangor was established with Tuan Abdul Rahim bin Abdul Hamid was elected as the first Chairman of the King's Scout Brotherhood of Malaysia State of Selangor.
