The Association of Top Achiever Scouts (ATAS) 

Founded in 2004 as an Asia-Pacific initiative to unite top-award-earning Scouts, the Association of Top Achiever Scouts (ATAS) is an international, WOSM-recognized fellowship committed to mentoring future high achievers and fostering a global network of scouting fraternity. While it began as a loose social group, ATAS has evolved into a structured organization managed by a committee and supported by local chapters that host regular community gatherings, alongside major events at World Scout Jamborees and conferences. Membership is entirely free of charge, with all activities funded by voluntary donations, and members are distinguished by an official patch—traditionally worn on the sleeve—with opportunities to earn an ATAS neckerchief by participating in supported global gatherings.
