ATAS BADGE
The ATAS Badge is a special keepsake presented exclusively to new members during ATAS gatherings. More than just a simple piece of fabric, the badge represents the beginning of a new journey, the spirit of togetherness, and the connections formed within the ATAS community.
As part of the gathering tradition, each new member receives 2–3 ATAS badges. These may be worn proudly, kept as a personal memento, or shared with fellow members as a reminder of the occasion.
For many, receiving the badge marks a memorable first step into the ATAS community — a small symbol of belonging that carries the memories, friendships, and experiences of the gathering long after the event has ended.
Welcome to ATAS — wear it with pride, keep it as a memory, and carry the spirit of ATAS wherever you go.
ATAS SCARF
The ATAS Scarf is a special keepsake presented exclusively to new members during an ATAS gathering. It represents more than membership — it is a personal symbol of identity, fellowship, and belonging within the ATAS family.
Each new member receives one personalised ATAS Scarf, specially prepared with their name, ATAS membership number, and country of origin. These details make every scarf unique to its wearer and serve as a lasting reminder of their place within the wider ATAS community.
The scarf is traditionally presented during an ATAS gathering, marking a meaningful moment as new members are welcomed into the fellowship. Wearing the scarf is a way of showing pride in ATAS, celebrating the friendships formed through Scouting, and recognising the shared spirit that brings members together across different countries and cultures.
As members continue their ATAS journey, the scarf becomes more than a gathering item. It becomes a personal memento of the occasion on which they joined the ATAS family — carrying their name, their membership identity, and the country they proudly represent.
One member. One scarf. One identity. A lasting symbol of belonging to ATAS.
